Located in Notting Hill, London, this home automation project was particularly exciting as the property consisted of a Grade Two Listed house coupled with a contrasting, highly contemporary 5,500 sq ft basement and sub-basement extension both of which played host to luxury amenities including a swimming pool, a gym, and a home cinema room. Full automation was required to create a seamless feel throughout the entire property.

Despite the stark contrast between the historical and contemporary elements of the property, our team utilised and installed an Elan Automated Control System, giving the historical part of house a modern twist, ensuring full connectivity throughout the entire property. Elan Systems are recognised as one of the best packages for achieving full Smart Home automation, being multi-room AV, lighting, security, and environmental integration.
The cinema room was the showpiece of this project, featuring a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound system, cinematic lighting, seating, and a high-quality home cinema screen, all in all creating a fully immersive environment for a truly cinematic experience.
