The property is approached by a sweeping driveway bordered by well established orchards as well as stunning ornamental ponds and sublime parkland, leading to an ample parking area that has been landscaped to emphasise the original building’s features, with a secondary driveway leading to an extensive new build leisure complex.

A feature gable sits to the centre of the house, as well as extending wings either side of the original building of The Brick House. There are also leaded square casement windows throughout the property, with the original wooden oak frame remaining intact in the large hall on the ground floor, a feature that was highly typical of the Tudor period.

The property has undergone extensive renovation sensitively completed to enhance the building and maintain its original features, including the spiral turret staircase and all of the wonderful exposed oak beams across the interior of the house.

An automated Smart Home Rako Lighting System was installed throughout the main building whilst taking great care to maintain and prevent damage to all the original features of the property. The Home Cinema Room was designed to match the aesthetic of the main building’s decor and was equipped with the unfolding C SEED N1 as well as a set of Hidden Sound Evo Speakers and their accompanying Subwoofer.
